Linear motor spark erosion and ultra-fine wire-cut delivering Ra 0.08μm mirror finishes.
Sodick linear motor sinker EDMs and AgieCharmilles slow wire-cut systems produce mirror cavity surfaces down to Ra 0.08μm, eliminating manual hand-polishing and guaranteeing sharp insert corners.
In-House Injection Trial & T0/T1 Rapid Sampling
In-house 120T–380T servo injection presses testing parting line shut-off, cycle times, and CPK.
In-house Haitian servo and Zhafir all-electric injection machines provide turnkey T0/T1 sampling immediately following mold assembly, optimizing cycle times and verifying CPK ≥ 1.33.
Full-Dimension CMM Metrology & Optical Scan Verification
Climate-controlled metrology lab conducting 100% full-point cloud verification against CAD models.
